Legal and economic study opportunities chinese language in Ukraine

Abstract

The article presents the results of a study of legal and economic opportunities of studying the Chinese language in Ukraine, in particular - in higher educational institutions of Ukraine. The subject of the work - the legal and economic possibilities for studying Chinese language in Ukraine. The purpose of the article - to present the results of empirical studies of legal and economic opportunities of studying the Chinese language in Ukraine, as well as present the results of a survey of heads of higher educational institutions of Ukraine on the state of Chinese language teaching. The research methodology was based on the use of modern methods and techniques of knowledge of social phenomena and processes, the adequacy of the chosen subject matter. The study used the methods of abstraction, induction and deduction, logical generalizations, comparisons and comparisons. It is noted that a favorable legal climate for learning foreign languages was created in Ukraine, including the Chinese. The results of the expert survey of heads of higher educational institutions of Ukraine on the state of Chinese language teaching. The sample included higher education, in which the Chinese language is taught as a basic or as an additional study or not study. 17 respondents participated in the survey. Branch application of the results - the economy of education, organization of the activities of higher education institutions, the Sino-Ukrainian cooperation. economic resources for a broad teaching of the Chinese language, even though there is a demand on the part of students (educational services consumers). After all, the organization of study of any foreign language, including Chinese - is a complex process that must be provided with specialized equipment, qualified personnel, educational and methodical literature, etc. China, understanding the complexity of the economic situation in Ukraine in general and in the system of higher education in particular, is going to take some effort to stimulate the Ukrainian universities to expand the teaching of the Chinese language. Moreover, this work is being done in different segments (high schools, where Chinese is taught as the primary, high schools, where Chinese is taught as a minor; high schools where the Chinese language is not studied). It is concluded that the main problems of the organization of Chinese language in higher educational institutions of Ukraine lies in the economic plane. Ukrainian universities do not have sufficient organizational and economic resources for a broad teaching of the Chinese language, even though there is a demand on the part of students (educational services consumers). After all, the organization of study of any foreign language, including Chinese - is a complex process that must be provided with specialized equipment, qualified personnel, educational and methodical literature, etc. China, understanding the complexity of the economic situation in Ukraine in general and in the system of higher education in particular, is going to take some effort to stimulate the Ukrainian universities to expand the teaching of the Chinese language.
