Paradox of housing market in Ukraine and Russian federation

Abstract

The main tendencies of Ukraine and Russian Federation were analysed. Revenues of citizens insufficiency for purchasing a house. Factors that are allowing citizens to form effective demand on existing price level were defined and analysed. The purpose: discovering factors that are promoting procurement of lodgings by citizens of Ukraine and Russia Federation. Methodology: in virtue of balance method insufficiency of personal sector for procurement of lodgings was educed, in the virtue of method of enumeration, comparison method, analysis method the main factors that are allowing meet actual disbalance were educed. The results: factors that are promoting to form effective demand on housing market were defined. Application of results: improvement of the effectiveness of socioeconomic region management.
