Theoretical and methodological aspects of concept «human potential»
Abstract
The subject of the article is theoretical foundations of the human development as an economic category and clarification and systematization its parts. The aim of the article is determination (opening) of key terms of theory of human potential, consideration him basic constituents and exposure of economic maintenance in the context of community development. Methodology work of this article is general scientific methods of cognition, generalization, method of comparative analysis, statistical and other methods of research. Results of research. The theoretical aspects of category are analysed «human potential», the terms of forming and improvement of human potential are considered in the period of innovative development of Ukraine. The phenomenology of human development and human potential is exposed. Scope of results of research. The results of the research can be applied in practical economic and administrative activities. Conclusions. Human potential is the combined possibilities of separate man or populations of country, region, other association to economic, social activity and to own development. The main features of category «development of human potential» is indissoluble unity of concentrated in the man of individual, social and biophysical internalss, that needs practical actions interests of development of individual.
