Abstract

The purpose of this article is to outline the content of wages and the analysis of the dynamics of wages as a means of personnel management in the enterprise in the agricultural sector. In the conditions of the transition to market relations and during the economic crisis, which dramatically worsened the material situation of rural workers, the material motives for labor came to the fore. The system of material stimulation of labor in the agrarian sector does not allow the employee to provide satisfaction of their material needs, even when achieving a high individual productivity of labor at the minimum necessary level. Creating a system of motivation for labor in the agrarian sector of the economy is one of the most difficult problems. This is explained by the fact that in this case, account is taken of the complex nature of agrarian relations, objectively predetermined, as features of agricultural labor, and the complexity of the rural way of life. The article deals with wages as a key component of effective work of the personnel. Determined the content of wages, and the peculiarities of the motivation of labor in agriculture. The main problems of the motivation of the workers of the agricultural industry are described. The dynamics of wages in this field and its influence on personnel management are analyzed. The system of motivation of work in enterprises engaged in agriculture includes various methods of incentive incentives, but the salary remains the most influential means of motivational influence, therefore we analyzed the dynamics of the minimum wage compared with the average wage.
